It is not the device causing these issues from what I can tell, as it streams perfectly fine and never quite bugs out in the VHS to DVD program. I've been using the raw recorded video as well, due to it's versatile file type and the fact often after recording it doesn't even show up in the program, but shows up in the video. Sometimes with a constant refreshing of the video folder, it will stop when I want it to and record everything, but it's very rare.
The file will stop growing in size, and stay at whenever it decided to stop recording, while the VHS to DVD 3.0 will claim it's still recording and offer the option to stop it.
